Mina relaxed in the bed of kelp she had set up in a cave she found. She’d been travling for awhile because she too meet with someone from a neighboring shoal. She was tired from swimming most of the day but according to what she had been told by her shoals elder that the neighboring shoal wasnt far from where she was now.
Tsuyu was trying to get a good look but the pink- whatever it was disappeared into the water. “Strange…” She said as the ocean waves rushed against her feet.
Mina swam for a bit before noticing that there was a two-leg in the water. she swam closer to them but not so close she could be caught if they turned out to be like the other two-legs and wanted to hurt her. she got closer before letting her head pop out of the water. she tilted her head as she looked at what she would assume was a female two-legs if she wasnt mistaken.

“Oh!” Tsuyu finally got a look at the head that was poking out of the water! Was that a person? They were-…Pink? What should she do? Maybe she could call out to them. “Hey!” She called.
“Oh yeah.. Yeah you can give me your number, and I’ll give you mine.” Tenten said as she pulled out her phone. “There we go, I just sent you a text, that’s my number.” She told him. “And as far as where to meet, how about we meet here again at the same time?”
Peering down at his phone he was satisfied he at the very least that he had a way to get back in touch with her. Once he got back he could go about figuring everything out, get his brother’s permission to come back then earn money then go from there. Simple enough.
He could manage it. “That works for me. Just give me a couple days to figure everything out.”
Tenten nodded. It still felt rather weird how easy and straight forward all of this was. Maybe that’s just how he is? She didn’t mind that. “Alright. Just text me when you’re good to go.” She said before giving the guy a small wave goodbye.
“That’s cause they are.” Sonic said. “Angel Island is a historic place by itself. Goes back to ancient times and all that.” He told Liz. “Knuckles visits more than I do cause of the Master Emerald, but it’s a nice getaway place too.”
“What is your friend Knuckles like? He sounds pretty interesting” Liz asked him
“Knuckles? We call him knuckle head sometimes but only if we’re just teasin and messin around.” Sonic said. “He’s a good guy though, we had our rough patch in the beginning but we learned to get along in the end. Now he’s one of my best friends.” Sonic explained. “Couldn’t ask for a better guy to have in my corner!”
“Huh. Can’t say I’ve ever met a human before so, that makes you the first to visit mobius.” Sonic said. “Here, it’s all kinds of folks like me… Talkin animals and all that.” He explained. “But you gotta be careful, there’s another human named Doctor Eggman. He’s an evil dude that robotizes people and turn them into his slaves!” He warns. “And he’s ugly. Not a cool human like you.”
“Sounds like this dudes bad news. But I’m pretty sure I can kick his sorry ugly butt. Hes not the only human who knows a way around machines. Not only do I have a fancy mecha suit, but I’m pretty sure I can diffuse those robotize machines with no problems. You could say that it would be a piece of cake.” The woman put her thumb up in response.
“The names Ellie, cool human being and one of the good guys. Who might you be, besides a cool hedgehog.” Ellie gave a warm smile, offering her hand for a handshake.
“Oh rad! You should join the freedom fighters with me and my guys!” Sonic said with a bright smile. “I’m Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog and founder of the freedom fighters. My uncle Chuck was a wiz with technology too, so are Rotor and Bunnie. I think you’ll make an awesome new edition if you wanna come fight with us.”
Karamatsu nodded proudly. “Yup. The gang and I have been a local sensation too. Not brag, but we’re pretty good!” He said rubbing under his nose. “You play saxophone huh? That’s pretty cool too, I happen to like jazz as well.” Was Karamatsu trying to flirt with this woman? Yes. Yes he was.
A local sensation huh? Not bad. If shes ever in the area again, she would love to hear them play live. Considering he said that their pretty good.
“A good looking guy, plays the guitar, and likes jazz music. I imagine you’ve caught the eye of plenty of fan girls. Oh but that may be troublesome for me…” Ellie raised her left hand, as though she were a scale. “On one hand, I could go out with you because of what I just said and have a great time…” The woman then raised her right hand in opposition.
“However, there is a chance I could run into those angry jealous fan girls and things could get ugly…” The redhead shook her hands side to side, as though she was weighing something. “I think I’ll take my chances and ask you out. So what do you say, wanna go out with me…uh…whats your name?”
“I’d like to think we have a few good looking fans every now and again. But if they’re all as attractive as you~ I think I’d be playing nonstop.” Smooth Karamatsu… Real smooth.
“My name’s Matsuo Karamatsu and I’d be honored to go out with you.” He answered rather proudly.
“Ellie? E-Ellie?! It’s not what you think! It’s not a wedding ring!” Karamatsu panicked. “It-It’s a promise ring! I got it for you cause I wanted you to know that promise to be with you no matter what!” He explained.
“O-oh! That makes sense, your not down on one knee.” The woman gave a sheepish smile at this fact. She must have looked rather silly right now. “Its just…its been a while since I guy presented me with a ring. And…you’ve been gone for so long, I thought I was walking into some sort of marriage proposal.” Ellie gave a bit of an awkward chuckle.
“I hope we have a future together someday, but as of now its way too soon to be talking about marriage. I mean…we haven’t even looked into our first place together yet…” The redhead replied, scratching behind her neck.
“Y-Yeah! I mean- yeah. We got time you know? I don’t want to feel like we have to rush into things. I wanna be a good boyfriend to you Ellie: Take you out, spend time with you, buy you nice things, all that stuff!” Karamatsu said.
“That’s why I got the promise ring. To let you know I’m serious about being with you…” He added while blushing.
“Ne ne, can I help feed the chickens uncle Itachi?” - Haruhi
Itachi smiled at his little niece. “ But of course! But, you must put the feed on the ground. We don’t want the hens pecking at your fingers now, do we? ”He explained while getting a bag of feed to empty into her palms.
Haruhi was all eager about this whole endeavor. It was one of her favorite things to do with her uncle whenever she came to visit. That and to cook with him. She happily opened her hands out to receive the chicken feed and started sprinkling it on the ground for the chickens to come over.
